About Dr. Urmila Anandh
Dr. Urmila Anandh is a highly accomplished nephrologist who has been treating complicated kidney disorders, dialysis therapies, and kidney transplants for more than 25 years. She is the Head of the Department of the Nephrology Department at Amrita Hospital in Faridabad Delhi NCR.
She completed her MBBS from the Jawaharlal Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) in 1990. Afterwards, she received the award for the Best Outgoing Undergraduate of Madras University. She subsequently got her MD in General Medicine from AIIMS in New Delhi, then her DNB in General Medicine, and finally her DM and DNB in Nephrology.
She has been awarded many national and international awards over the years, published numerous papers in top journals, and has contributed to advancements in dialysis, transplantation, and preventive nephrology.
