Dr. Tarun Sharma

Dr. Tarun Sharma is a highly regarded neurosurgeon with over 17 years of expertise performing brain and spine surgeries, including difficult and minimally invasive operations. Dr. Sharma is currently the Program Clinical Director of Neurosurgery at Marengo Asia Hospitals in Faridabad. He is well-known for pioneering innovative neurosurgical methods in the region, including the first awake craniotomy for brain tumour removal in Faridabad.

Dr. Sharma graduated from India’s most famous neurosurgery training program at PGIMER, Chandigarh, then went on to complete a worldwide clinical fellowship in neuro-oncology at the University of Toronto in Canada. He also did a visiting fellowship in Paediatric Neurosurgery at the world-renowned Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) in Toronto. His academic and clinical experience includes positions as an Assistant Professor at IGMC Shimla and a top neurosurgeon at several renowned hospitals in northern India.

Over the last decade, Dr. Sharma has done over 15,000 successful brain and spine procedures. His surgical practice is distinguished by precision, less invasive techniques, and patient-centered care.
