He completed his DM in Nephrology from Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGIMS), one of India’s premier institutes. Dr. Bansal is widely recognized for his groundbreaking contributions, including India’s first reported kidney transplant in an HIV-positive patient and pioneering work in steroid-free kidney transplantation.
