Dr. T. S. Kler

Padma Bhushan Dr. T. S. Kler is a globally esteemed interventional cardiologist with over 37 years of expertise in clinical and interventional cardiology. He presently holds the positions of Chairman and Head of Department at BLK-Max Heart & Vascular Institute in New Delhi, as well as Chairman of Pan Max Electrophysiology. Throughout his esteemed career, Dr. Kler has executed over 35,000 intricate coronary, carotid, renal, and peripheral angioplasties.

Dr. Kler is an international pioneer in cardiac electrophysiology in India. He is recognised for founding the nation’s inaugural Electrophysiology Department and has accomplished numerous pioneering feats, including the first implantation of ICD, CRT-P, and CRT-D devices in India, along with India’s first His Bundle Pacing in 2015. His clinical impact transcends national boundaries, having instituted advanced cardiac programs in Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Pakistan.
